Our dive computers use Garmin Elevate™ wrist-based heart rate technology1 to optically scan your pulse (when worn in contact with your skin, not over a wetsuit or drysuit). They can track your exertion levels, and you can pair and automatically upload your heart rate data to the Garmin Dive™ app on your compatible smartphone for post-dive review and analysis. During a single-gas, multiple-gas, closed-circuit rebreather or gauge dive, scroll to the third data screen to view heart rate data and heart rate zones.
